On the morning of 31 October, Yang Jin, vice chairman of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, led a team to visit and investigate Huaheng Company. Chairman Cai Huajun, general manager and other members of the company’s management team accompanied the research.
Yang Jin and his entourage investigated the dispatching room of the central control building of the company, exchanged cordially with Chairman Cai Huajun, understood the planning and layout of the company, listened to the production and operation of the enterprise, the development path, the construction of the project and other situations, focused on the project overview, the implementation of construction safety measures, the standard of process parameters, the progress of the second phase of the project and the reserve of materials for the winter made a detailed understanding and discussion.
Yang Jin understood the brightly coloured spandex samples in the display cabinet, and Cai Huajun introduced the characteristics and indexes of Huahai spandex, and explained the application of spandex in textile field.
Cai Huajun said that since the signing of the co-operation agreement, the company’s projects have been blossoming under the full support of Wuhai municipal government. Huaheng is a typical enterprise of Wuhai chemical industry which extends, supplements and strengthens the chain, further extends and strengthens the original calcium carbide industry chain, and passes through the process of “Coal/Limestone-Electricity-Calcium carbide-Acetylene-BDO PTMEG-Spandex” industrial chain, through deep processing to achieve the transformation of low value-added raw materials to high value-added products, to maximise the extension of the industrial chain. The government and enterprises focus on industrial clusters together to attract business, complement each other’s advantages, and work together to build a world-class spandex new material industrial cluster. Huaheng Energy will closely focus on the national strategy and industry development needs, continuously strengthen scientific and technological innovation and talent training, and strive to improve the technical level, so as to achieve the sustainable development of spandex industry to contribute more power.
